Gravesville Cemetery is situated on the top of the hill on the road to Hinckley, near Gravesville, in the south western part of the Town of Russia, Herkimer County, New York. These records are but a partial list but are from the "lower section" of the Cemetery.

Gravesville Cemetery, Herkimer County, New York situate at the top of the hill on the Road to Hinckley, near Gravesville, in the southwestern part of the Town of Russia. These records are from the Record Book in the custody of the caretaker, Mr. George Edward Munn and were started at the time the Cemetery Association was formed; a copy of the stones being made at that time. Miss Harriet L. Munn, daughter of Mr. G. E. Munn, transcribed them for Oneida Chapter, daughter of the American Revolution This list supplements the two previously made by members of Oneida Chapter from the grave stones.
